After getting to know our little girl, we have decided on a name: Fiona Marella (Celtic for fair skinned- one of the shining sea), she's 7lbs, 14 oz, 21.5 inches long with dark grey eyes… quite possibly the cutest newborn I’ve ever seen (I know, I’m biased). She was born at 9:16AM 3/3/09. Sorry we have not been chatting it up on the phone and sending out lots of emails but we've been getting very little sleep since the labor started strong at 12:45 am on the 3rd and we've been focusing on hearth and home and the little one ever since birth. It all went so fast and so well, albeit nerve-wrackingly fast.
